Weather ... again

The cool weather we're getting now is wonderful. The storms that hit Rennes missed us but we did have some rain yesterday when we were out - all the barrels and cubis were topped up again. The grass is looking sad though though the weeds are thriving.

Lots of Son et Lumière last night but I heard no rain. Hail was forecast but luckily stayed away.

Hellova storm here in NE Dordogne from 2am ish. Thankfully not the high winds forecast, or hail, but the donner und blitzen was loud and light, and lots of rain. More due tonight. Feeling like the walking dead though. Zzzzzz.

We had a yellow alert for storms earlier in the week. The nearest lightning strike was about 150km away.

We certainly need some moisture. The garden is parched and the soil is turning to dust.

Amazing that you are so close to us and we got nothing but a bit of lit up sky and a slight breeze. I was so hoping for some rain. We'll see what tonight brings.

We had the light and sound show last night with rain, thankfully.

The temperature is 20° lower today, so very pleasant and I’m hoping for more rain this evening.
