She should have got the 4 years inside.

To be fair she was careless rather than criminal,and has served a sentence in the court of public opinion

Agreed [mention]Pathca[/mention] A prison sentence would be an unnecessary waste of public money and take up the place of someone more deserving.
She will have to live with her actions for a long time, people don't forget.

Perhaps a seriously long period of community service might have been added such as cleaning up detritus, delivering meals on wheels.
