Just the highlights but there is nothing sexist there. I did the same with the men in the world cup and the Euros.

Yes to a point! I feel I was becoming a bit of a couch potato though as I watched all of the TdF and the féminines. BUT, I did have a knee replaced so maybe that's acceptable.

Absolutely acceptable - plenty of rest between doing the exercises! I had a knee op in January, great now.

I've watched all of the Lioness's games & have the utmost respect for the ladies.
Our granddaughter lives & works in Sydney, is an avid Lioness fan & attends all of their matches played 'at home'.
She'll be there today with her Aussie mates sending us the usual video clips as the game progesses. It's almost like being there
