Perhaps you need to update to the latest software HPRSFCI 1.00.21 http://beta.humaxonline.co.uk/downloads/foxsat-hdr

That's the strange thing.
The 'accepting' box, now with BBC 1 HD on ch 101 is the 2nd hand one with version .....20.

The box that won't 'play' is version ......21.

I'm on HPRSFCI 1.00.21 and it works with BBC1EMHD on 101

Have you tried changing to a different post code/region?

That was going to be my next attempt. Maybe it'll 'wake' it up. :)
Off to play boules in a mo. Will try later.

Just read up on 'how to change postcode' & it seems "You can change the postcode on your Humax box by doing a freesat retune, or by resetting the box to its factory default settings."
That's scary, way above my pay grade & more importantly I'd never live it down if I banjaxed the thing after 12 years faultless use & mrs LAF couldn't watch her fav./recorded progs.
Still weird how one box has accepted change & t'other ain't but I'll live in the hope it'll sort itself out. :)

It seems that the older SD sky boxes are fast becoming redundant I wondered why there were so many up for sale on these buy and sell groups of late. It is a bit of a faff on the Humax box it takes forever to boot up and the EPG is pretty naff, I am finding myself switching back to the sky box to watch most things and just use the Humax for other things and recording. Yesterday I thought I had better check on the older Foxsat in our main room where we hardly go, and that has retuned itself, so as BBC 1 HD is on 101. Eventually I can see the two old SD Sky boxes going down the tip, and an intensive course of how to use the new remote for someone time after time.
