Well, the axe is falling on July 21st.
A new link will allow listening live but no access to what was on earlier in the day or the week.
Whilst most of what we watch is in french I do like the BBC to listen to during the night.

Is this applying only outside uk? Would a vpn solve it?

Outside uk. Although for UK people coming on holiday it will work for them for a month.
VPN... maybe recognised by the BBC.
