Is it just my box having a wobbly or has BBC2 non HD disappeared for everyone using Freesat? I tend to record in SD to preserve the recording capacity - not that I ever get much above 50%.

Additionally, the defunct BBC3 has reappeared in the listings (as 107 I think) but has no programming attributed. Is this a general thing or do I need to redo something to my box?

BBC2 SD is now channel 180. BBC3 SD is 179

All I get for BBC3 is just This is BBC Three for each programme slot. I assume at some time in the not too distant future it will be populated with programme information

There have other channel changes as well, some of which must depend on the postcode set.

Thanks for the responses all. I do have different numbers to those you record Elsie, as you say, it might result from the postcode you enter.

Thanks again. :clap:

@Loup-garou same here so guessing it's down to us having bought our TV in Jersey some years back and it was set up for us in-store using a Jersey postcode.

@elsie thanks for the info.

I forgot to add the source. That table of channel changes came from https://www.freesat.co.uk/news/features ... ee-returns

I saw that this morning but managed to get rid of it. Good thing I noticed because I have several programmes booked on BBC 4 later and they had transferred themselves to the BBC 3 slot.

Other good thing is that it had shoved BBC Scotland off the bottom and I like that in view so as not to miss Still Game.

No sooner had I done all that that I noticed that Alba had elbowed its way in, again relegating BBC Scotland.

So, after a few pleasurable minutes listening to Johnny Cash on Alba, I elbowed Alba as well. :lol:

I would have hoped your Freesat boxes would have updated any scheduled recordings to the new channel numbers. That is certainly the case with my box. I doubt they've moved the programmes to different transponders.
