Great programe about her life on UK tv last night. Sat 12 Feb. BBC 2 entitled "Carole King : Natural woman."

Yes it was a great programme and followed by one of her concerts. There is also a video of her concert with James Taylor at The Troubadour in Los Angeles. Another great performance. I went to see the musical about her life "Beautiful" on Valentines day about 3 years ago. It was a great show and at the end the male lead came to the front of the stage and announced that at the Aldwych on Valentines day they always award a prize. "Just look under your seats for a card" A man and a woman found a card under their seats and were told to come on stage to collect their gifts. The compere asked his name "Pete King" he replied. He then asked the young lady "Carol Black" she replied. The compere then gave the prize to the man. He opened it and it was a ring. He then went down on one knee and said "Will you marry me and become another Carol King" A great moment.
