This one is not burned and sort of has a roof.

The door needs a coat of stain.
Good roof only a little bit of asbestos

We bought the hotel for 20000 so unlikely to pay the same for a scrappy old barn.

If the structure is sound, a good clean/tidy up will transform it and make it easy to sell on at a nice profit (unless you decide to keep it !)
