That's likely to be the case. Pressure and flow rate on compressors we are likely to have in a home workshop are usually a little low on specification.
Yes I was spoilt in the past, many moons ago I got an ex demonstrator Italian made twin cly 100ltr one for a reduced price from the main dealer I had it for perhaps thirty years noisy yes but plenty of output, now I have bought a small silent type just for my wood/metal working projects, at 1HP and 6CFM I think I am going to have to buy two wall cabinets
it will be a lot cheaper I could put the saving towards a bigger Bandsaw
