When asked for the level of income to obtain a grant is the question related to total family income or "parts"?

I think you use the revenus de référence mentioned somewhere on your assessment/imposition form, which takes account of the whole household income.

Not on the face of it, but they do take account of the number of people in the foyer and age. We've had several grants since 2018, including a new gas boiler (before the announcement that they'd be phased out!) and a new shower suitable for wrinklies. I was surprised as our income includes pro earnings.

It is the 'Revenu Fiscal de Référence' on your Tax 'Avis'.

@p4psb Thank you, I couldn't remember the term, nor the "avis".
A month off work has slowed me down. Or that's what I'm telling myself...

This official guide lists all the revenue bands (which depend on location) and number of household members and the grants towards different energy-saving projects (pages and 6) https://www.anah.fr/fileadmin/externe/m ... asapas.pdf

@elsie
Thanks Elsie, that's just what I wanted. A definitive answer that I can now use to see what are our possibilities.

Looks to be useful information but I can't seem to be able to Select/Copy/Paste in order to translate from the PDF. And I get the feeling any work done will only qualify for the help if it is done by a professional. Years ago I looked into something like this and it was cheaper to do it myself than to pay top whack to a pro in the hope I would get some help with the bill. 8-)
