Not gold-plated, not single lever, low budget plumbing, industrial look. How to sell it? Probably convincing the dedicated followers of fashion, many ot them living in Paris, saying: C'est maintenant énormément en vogue, une tendance bien-être et éco-responsable qui devraient nous faire.....

Steam punk, alive and well in Nievre.
Ten out of ten for managing to mount the backplate tee through the mirror without cracking the mirror.

Humanity landed on the moon over fifty years ago but it seems too much to ask for a reliable telephone/internet service in rural France.

What a mess!
Probably cost more than a half decent ceramic disc mixer where you can adjust outlet temp. without fiddling with two hit or miss washer valves.
Great as a conversation piece & that's about it

Heath Robinson to blame here.
If the supports are indeed drilled through the mirror, the mirror will probably break when a spanner is applied to the tap to replace the washer. I personally think it is glued to the mirror. The mirror will be impossible to clean and the copper pipes ditto, even worse if some flux has been left on the copper. The cleaning cycle will soon detach the glue. A ridiculous setup.
