I think I may have the answer to the UPS mystery. In December 2020 I ordered a £55 gift for my wife from White stuff U.K. which was delivered in Jan 2021. I suspect the 31€ bill from UPS is a claim for VAT or duty albeit 2.5 years late and they don’t know my name or email address

Received an email from this address today, asking me to open the PDF for details of a Tax Refund 2023 ...
