After sales service?
Humanity landed on the moon over fifty years ago but it seems too much to ask for a reliable telephone/internet service in rural France.

After sales service?
Just had a message from Einhell who must be an after sales outfit & who must have received my dossier from Lidl customer service dept.
Einhell say they didn't make my machine & talk to people who did.
Bloody hell! If Lidl customer service don't know who to send my complaint to & who can fix it how am I supposed to know?
I've sent Einhell's mail to Lidl asking them to forward it to someone who actually knows what they're doing.
What a shower!
I've already fixed the problem myself but I'm not telling them that
On a similar vein I've recently asked Eufy if I can add another camera to the existing one camera set-up I have & their AI relied that I should look through their help & FAQ sections & ask if I can't find what I want.
I wrote to customer services telling them to tell their AI I'm not jumping through any hoops it wants me to & to mind it's own business as I want to speak to a human who can answer simply YES or NO & not some dumb machine.
Almost by return a human replied apologising for their AI & giving me the info I required.
