The hedgehogs are back!
Well tonight, 23.00 UK time, there are two hedgehogs in our garden going hell for leather in the mating stakes!

Young hedgehog in the garden yesterday in broad daylight. Not see one for ages but if there is young about it is reasonable to think its mum and dad are round too - here's hoping.

That's not such good news as he/she shouldn't be wandering about in the daytime.
It often means they have got lost, have been abandoned or are poorly.
Do you have any cat food (or equivalent) you could put down with some water ?

It wasn't a baby.. It was about 3/4 size of an adult. We thought it unusual in daytime but it was pottering around and seemed OK. Will keep our eyes open for it.

We put out "BRAMBLES" Crunchy Hedgehog Food. Cheap to buy (in England) and it is always scoffed up overnight!
