oh dear....so sad....at the moment I know exactly what you're going through. We will all get through these times as we have no option. I've found the greatest help for myself & OH is to get out for a few hours and a conversation with others at the bar/restaurant but without mentioning what's passed. I also need people that make me laugh at times like this and fortunately we have some very lively frenchies at our local. Thinking of you.

Thank you sparkle. What isn't helping is the physical pain of shingles, and this horrendous heatwave ...........
