With this hand, I will lift your sorrows. Your cup will never be empty, for I will be your wine. With this candle, I will light your way into darkness. With this ring, I ask you to be mine.........The Corpse Bride

Oh I'm so sorry to read this - but at least he knew he was loved and had a great time with you two.

I've just been to BigMat to buy 2 paving slabs to cover & mark Bob's grave.
When the chap there heard the reason I wanted them he refused payment.
What a great gesture. :D

Just put Bob's gravestone on.
He's resting with other rescues.

That's lovely LAF. The sad part about moving from our old place was leaving our beloved animals behind :(
When the time is right, we'll plant some nice shrubs over our two Aussies ❤️

We have our Toutou's ashes with us in a vase on the bookcase. Couldn't bury him as we new, at the time, we were not in a permanent location and wanted to keep him with us.

Your location looks very peaceful LAF.

RIP Bob. It's a terrible wrench when you have to let them go. I cry oceans when I have to do that, but you can't let them suffer.
