That looks delicious! Today we are eating in the evening and right now I can detect the smell of roasting potatoes to go with roast leg of lamb and several vegetables.

Nothing special, quite simple, potatoes, a sausage cut into small pieces and beets. Definitely a nutritious reward after a day's work in the garden.

At last I'm OK for filet de boeuf again. Leclerc sell 'filet à griller' at a very reasonable €18/kg compared to buying tournedos at €40/kg. I don't mind slicing it into fillet steaks
The only cut that's edible if, like me, you prefer your beef cooked
Watch Leclerc's shares soar next week
BBQ'd with courgette ribbons, garlic mushrooms and garlic and rosemary 'chips'....no problems with vampires tonight!

Had to use bought chicken but the rest all came from the garden. Courgettes, tomatoes, potatoes, haricots and finished off with raspberries. Delicious and hardly any food miles.
