Says 'Pur Beurre' on the packet.
Looking on packet again it's made by Herta.

That sounds brilliant, will give it a try. We get pretty good cheese straws with the ordinary puff pastry, but yours look yummy !

I've got a pot I put 'em in when cool & it's never filled with the 'normal' thickness puff pastry.
This time I've got probably 20 plus that won't fit. Difficult to be precise as Mrs LAF kept nicking 'em off the cooling tray.

This is going too far. First he shows us great cars to lust after, now its tasty looking snacks.
Not fair.
Humanity landed on the moon over fifty years ago but it seems too much to ask for a reliable telephone/internet service in rural France.

OH has just made some cheese straws using the pastry you recommended. What a difference - they were always good, but his latest batch is outstanding ! Thanks for the steer :D
