Charged with getting dinner ready last night I did a recce of the cupboards & then found this recipe to sort of match what we had.

I used a tin of salmon in lemon sauce with a bit of tinned tuna added so no lemon needed. Normal green olives. Farfalle pasta & some finely cut red cabbage in lieu of rocket for a bit of crunch.
Served cool it was delicious.

I forgot to say that 65gm of pasta for two meals didn't seem enough so I doubled it & it was just right.
