Can't log in on laptop

I'm using the correct email that I used when I joined. I'm fairly certain I'm using the correct password. However, I get an error message the my email or password is not correct and cannot sign in. I clicked 'forgot my password' and entered the email address when prompted. It said if my account exists, I'll get a password reset link.

Nothing has arrived. What is the procedure please? I'm getting ready to travel and would like to be able to sign in from time to time from the travel laptop.

@ Lori, sometimes a caps lock problem. Many keyboards (laptops) don't have a caps lock indicator light and when you are inputting your password you will only see: **********. Bon voyage.

Thank you RA, but that isn't the case on this laptop. It isn't recognizing the password and I'm typing it in correctly.

Thanks for the Bon Voyage. I wish it was for pleasure, but it isn't. I'm dreading the entire thing.

It might have gone to your spam.

If you log on with what you usually use to access the site, you can change your password yourself via your profile.

I tried changing selecting the change my password option, but it wanted me to sign in with my existing sign in details before doing so.

A slight possibility Lori .. clear all the cookies, the history and the cache for this site on your browser, then restart your laptop and try to log-in here again.

Thanks to Char, I am now signed in on my laptop. Thank you Char !!

I'm off to assist my Mom (84 years old) as she has developed an infection in her Tibia and risks the loss of her leg below the knee. Dreadful.

First trip to the USA in many years. Not looking forward to the journey. I'm sure I'll post an update once I gotten settled there.

Such a long journey from the Dordogne. No TGV round these parts. Long train, overnight at CDG and long flight. And boy does travel insurance (including decent medical coverage) cost a fortune for the USA.
