It has gone for residents but not second homes which is why some councils are trying to compensate by increasing taxe d’hab. Instead of getting their costs down.

Tax Fonciere 2022
We are in 86, and being retired, usually got a demand for 365€ (this is with 100E degravement deducted). Just received this years TF which is 12€. Taking into account the payment to Simer for bin emptying, we appear to be 78€ better off.
