Paying the Doc.

You need to check your Ameli/mutuelle accounts to see whether CPAM are reporting the visit to the MT. Presumably your carte vitale was scanned?
If you pay 25€ CPAM will refund you 16.50€ and report it to your mutuelle for them to refund you the remainder. They do not pay the doctor.
However, if you pay 7.50€, I wonder whether CPAM just pay the doctor his fee but don't report the transaction to your mutuelle? In that case it is probable you won't get the 7.50€ refunded unless you contact the mutuelle?

CV is always scanned by MT & checking our bank statements it appears that full reimbursement has been made under both systems, minus the €1 of course.
