As far as I know no-one has bothered; it is a rule in reserve in case Mr Macron cant get his own way. Forget it.

Just to clarify, the rule is for all TCNs, not just UK.

yes but my Prefecture 47 don’t even acknowledge the process!

I'm just bumping this up, though I'm not sure whether any of our members have had visitors from the UK recently.
It's a bit difficult for you to comply with this if your Prefecture don't even know about it though isn't it.
