Indeed.
Fantastic place, in our opinion better before there was a visitor centre at the viewpoint. On a crisp Autumn day with just a tumbledown shack or two the untamed peace and quiet at the top was awesome.
How do people live without at least one dog in the house?

That must be Langon or Cadillac then, from my umpteen journeys up to Bordeaux but they have been up the autoroute

Without googling I don't know - I'll guess Cadillac as I think that's more like the distance to Bordeaux?

The last time I was there was in 2002, when the car parks by the river were closed due to imminent flooding after heavy rain.
