A seagoing vessel, many details with my midrange Motorola G Pro, not bad at all, click to enlarge. The iPhone 15 is however a different animal. Your seaside photo shows a lot of detail. And always there when you need it, lightweight.

That's nice RA - better lighting than mine (late afternoon sun can be tricky) and plenty of nice detail.
A lot depend on the person behind the camera !

iPhone15 - a heck of a lot easier and lighter to carry around than my Pentax !
Superb cameras on the iPhones.
It takes a bit of getting used to, a different technique and I've lots to learn. But as a point and shoot for land/seascapes, it's fantastic. It takes excellent portraits too, particularly inside.
The Alaska 737max that lost the window/door plug and depressurised caused a passenger’s iPhone to be sucked out of his hand. The iPhone fell 16000ft and was found 2 days later and was still working !
