Autumn Colours

#1 Post by Oldblueraincoat »

This time of year, when glorious autumnal colours are beginning to appear, is my favourite and my shutter finger is itching to get out there and capture the wonder of nature.

Autumn? Isn't there supposed to be something called "summer" after that period of rain known as spring?

But I agree colours are great - I particularly love the colours we see in maples as autumn approaches.

Char - Just on the turn here as per the first three pictures. The last three are from previous years full blown Autumn 😊
Will post more once the full autumn effect takes hold.

I look forward to seeing more - The Vineyards at Tabanac is stunning. 8-)

I'll see if I can dig some out - I really ought to order my photos sensibly I can never find the one I'm looking for because my filing system is not very organised.

I love the autumn colours too - the liquidambers are stunning. It's still green here too though our silver birches are losing their leaves probably due to no real rain for weeks.
