How can this be rectified?

Humanity landed on the moon over fifty years ago but it seems too much to ask for a reliable telephone/internet service in rural France.

Difficult to do much with it but it is possible to get a better image if you have the correct software.
Perhaps you would get some idea of how it could be done from https://photo.stackexchange.com/questio ... -corrected

The Franzis Cutout program might help? There is a free download of the penultimate version available today only at https://sharewareonsale.com/s/free-cuto ... 0-discount

Thanks Elsie.
Early days yet.
I have had one go at altering the image with free software
(that I will compile a list of when I get more free time)

Results not particularly encouraging.
Must try harder.

I might be some time.

I am making some headway with trying out Photostack exchange but I confused at getting further that screen message:

Photography Stack Exchange requires cookies for authentication -- are your browser cookies enabled fork this domain?

Any clues what to do on I-Pad mini please?
