Looking for a simple market? In the sixties you could visit the Rue Mouffetard, now transformed into a tourist attraction:

Many other local markets still serving their quartiers. In good company here: Meilleur Ouvrier de France. Where? The Boulevard Saint-Germain:

What took you so long, Robert, what about electricity in la cité de la lumière? Returning to the great Paris flood in 1910, turning the city into Venice. Today's telecom infrastructure would make things even worse:

Paris without electric boilers? Not possible, every ten, fifteen years a new one, here the package of a small size chauffe-eau électrique made by Ariston. Probably for one of those many small Parisian apartments, 30 or 50 m².

Parking problems, your name is Paris, only one electric car charging here......

Une nouvelle boutique, a modern computer game oriented shop, a century ago only little tin soldiers. Interesting I thought in 2018, not knowing where we are now, on the threshold of a bad dream, a nightmare, World War III:

A splendid view from Belleville, the Tour Montparnasse and the Eiffel tower in the background:
