The Christmas Lights

#1 Post by DominicBest »

I have a question about the Christmas lights that appear every December on this page on my iPad. Ever year I enjoy being a vandal and revel in smashing them one by one. The other night I discovered that if I ran my finger across the line of lights I could smash the whole lot in one swipe. Absolute joy! Today I went to do the same thing and it didn’t work, I can only smash one at a time, the mass destruction option has disappeared.
Can anyone explain this?

If I run my mouse along the row I can smash the whole lot in one go. (Desktop).

It works fine on my desktop ! However, to get that lovely smashing sound, I have to right click ad it only does one at a time - each colour makes a different sound.

Little things please little minds - at least that's true in my case. I also run the mouse on the PC along as fast as I can though quite often my line wobbles a bit and so I miss a couple near the end. I get the accompanying sound of breaking glass too. I shall be sorry when they stop appearing.

Just to make us all more seasonally at home, perhaps Char could provide pounding rain and whooshing wind!

You can turn off the rain/snow in the control panel.

Oh that it were so easy in real life!
