I rather suspect the UK would end up with an ICE lookalike. Maybe not with guns but who knows.

I would hope that seeing what ICE has done in Minnesota would make it a lot more difficult for Farage & Co to follow suit without an outcry.
Where illegals would be "sent back" to and how is the big question, as well as where they would be held in the meantime.

Farage hasn't gone into too much detail as to how he would propose to expel illegal immigrants. I have read that the police are going to be given a shake up and an "FBI" created to tackle serious crime. Are they planning to recruit ? The police are struggling with day to day crime as it is - how on earth could they deal with expelling immigrants as well ?

How cynical we've all become since the Trump era started!

I did a few deportation orders here a while back and the main problem was that the "pays d'origine" wouldn't take the offender back... So what happens then is that the 'holding country' (France in this case) has to release the prisoner intto the general population, with the inevitable risks. Hence the UK doing pass-the-parcel deals with some
African countries. Algeria, Afganistan etc. don't want their nationals sent back to them, no matter how loudly Farridge bleats.

Before considering Farage (or his party) I suggest people should do a little background research. There is more to understand than his disruptive style and self-serving plans. Scratch below the surface and find out who he associated with in the recent past. Trump of course, Steve Bannon (who was plotting the breakup of the EU for years), and as I discovered yesterday Jeffrey Epstein who it seems was bankrolling everything including the Cambridge Analytica involvement in the Brexit referendum.

On that theme, including the involvement of Nigel Farage, I recommend this TED talk from Carole Cadwalladr from April 2019. It is 15 minutes long but the content is concise and precise. Mark Zuckerberg said he would sue her .. but he didn't because Carole spoke the truth.
Trump, Farage and many others were involved in swinging the 'Leave' campaign just enough to mean that the UK would leave the EU. They did it with lie after lie, laundered and unlaundered money, and help from unknown faces, FaceBook and Cambridge Analytica.

And 'Reform' is gaining huge popularity led by Farage .. heaven help the UK.

I read earlier today that Epstein was involved with Cambridge Analytica, which was another influential in bringing about brexit. It’s all a huge web of intrigue, much more than was ever realised by most of us at that time. It’s hard to believe hiw much was pushing against what ordinary people wanted - the vote to leave was very narrow.
