OH has a manbag cos he has to carry glasses that he needs for close reading, sun glasses cos he has sensitive eyes, wallet, ID, covid cert, phone, car keys. My handbag is what is now referred to as a 'messenger' bag like the one below - well to get all of my clobber in it would have to be a reasonable size

If I had a manbag or whatever its called, I'd probably lose it.
I wear one of those light jacket things without sleeves and lots of pockets. Easily contains wallet, coin holder, pen, scraps of paper for notes, glasses, driver license, magnifying glass, keys, mask, mini-torch, and still room left for a phone if I wanted to carry one. The downside is I'd rather not wear it on a hot day, and I do sometimes get asked where to find stuff in Brico D. Its a green one.

Humanity landed on the moon over fifty years ago but it seems too much to ask for a reliable telephone/internet service in rural France.

The main changes will have been with entry to EU countries; so that is just 27 changes. Of course these are the most visited countries by UK citizens so the impact is much more.
