Online tax return is open

I messaged Impots to ask why the 'report' button on 3916 hadn't worked, and could they do it for me, please? (!) They said if I got stuck to post them a paper 3916!
Next day I put them in manually online.

Meanwhile I am now getting an error message on the 2047, complaining that I haven't said which country the UK interest I have tried to declare is from - duh - I put Royaume-Uni, but it won't let me through to the next page!
What's really annoying is that it's only a few squids, nothing they are going to tax me a fortune on

If you have any Uk bank interest, which box do you put it in? Have you had any problems with 2047?

I@Liz 2047 - I've used boxes 233, 0% in 234, 238, 251, 260 Royami Uni and 2TR alongside. That's what I did last year & it seemed to be OK.

OH had to try 6 or 7 times on Friday to pay the quarter's TVA. There have been multiple problems over the last few months.

Just tried, and it seems that once you've done it online (which I have for several years) you can't download the forms. Would have been useful to have had them in English as a reference.

@Coldonat I thought the same then I remembered from last year that I found them in the 'espace particulier' top right of the screen - I printed mine off yesterday from that area ie don't go into/sign in to your online declaration. Hope this is of help.

yo! I finally got to the end without any more error messages
I solved one problem by putting 0 in a box in 2047, I think that glitch ocurred because I had, first time around, wrongly put a figure in that box, and although I deleted it and put it in the right box the system still wanted me to put something there. Putting zero in worked

@Liz pleased you got it sorted. I got my reply from them this morning asking me to imput all of our accounts so having to remove the couple that had been accepted I started again and that's just what I've finished doing and it's now signed off and.........away (insert here a sigh of relief emoji!)

The sigh of relief here went it was submitted was followed by a glass of rosé whilst our lunchtime 'meal in a bowl' soup reheated!

@Sparkle Sorry for the delay in replying, and thank you (I decided to leave it for a while to concentrate on other things, so hadn't returned to this forum). It kept returning me to the 'Authentification' page i.e. the one I was on, and telling me to go online. However, I managed to find the forms to download by doing a search for the appropriate 'formulaires' and downloaded the two that I think are the relevant ones.

Update on my hassles with 2047:
Before getting it sorted by putting a zero in a box I had messaged Impots asking what I was doing wrong.
I have now had a reply from a named person with a phone number (!) saying she has looked at our completed declaration and it is OK.
