Ooh, I'd forgotten about this thread - always enjoyed it!
I've been listening to these guys for the last few years - this one was released just over a year ago, and the title seems particularly poignant!

Was also listening to this chap's latest album yesterday, while doing some mundane painting! Anyone remember Gary Numan? Well, he's still going strong, and better than ever (if you're into that sort of thing). This is a powerful song and video from 2017. The young girl in the video is his daughter, she was about 11 at the time. Apparently she has since helped with his new album.
Must listen with headphones to really get the grundgy base!

Re: What are you listening to
By my post above you all must think I'm a boring old fart.
Not into all the modern stuff, do like Queen, ELO, Dire Straits.
Thing is in my yuff I missed out on rocnrol etc.because I was into ballroom dancing like seriously, have bronze, silver and gold medals to prove it.
Being into hifi from the arc I love the classics with jaz coming second, real jaz not the " when does the tune start" stuff.

Here's another from Nothing But Thieves - a beautiful version of "Impossible", recorded during last year's lockdown in the UK, in Abbey Road Studios, coupled up with a small Orchestra. Ticking all the boxes! I love the passion in this young man's voice, gives me that "musical tingle" that any music lover understands!
