First joke that I was told in french and understood it immediately. But it was Belge not dumb blonde in that version.
Talking about Belgians. A customer in a restaurant orders a very expensive wine. It is brought to the table by the Belgian wine waiter who is asked " have you shaken that?" To which he replied " Sorry, I forgot" and gave it a good shaking.
