Vaccine Certificate needed for Vide Grenier

#1 Post by Char »

We went to an out door vide grenier/brocante with a display of vintage cars yesterday.

All the side streets were blocked with large grilled panels there was only one street with an opening to get in and you had to have your vaccine certificate scanned before they'd allow you to enter.

What was interesting though, was that they had a mobile vaccine unit next to the entrance and there was a huge queue of people waiting to be vaccinated.

'tis the first time I've had to show my vaccine cert, we went to another vide grenier this morning and didn't have to show anything to get in to this one. :?

Char, almost all vide-greniers here in the Nièvre have been cancelled this year. We visited two so far, no vaccine cert needed. It was much easier in the past (2011, Ouroux-en-Morvan), no cars allowed and no permission needed for the use of fire arms.

Only attended two so far this year. Most that have been posted were cancelled. The local ones we used to sell at have been cancelled until further notice. We are missing the little extra income.
On my headstone it will say: Please switch off mobile phones. I'm trying to get some sleep.
