A friend who lives in France is due to visit us here in Spain flying tomorrow afternoon.
Filling in the PLF it's asking for her maiden name which in itself is not a problem as it goes through (although she hasn't had anything back yet) however it's of course not the name which is in her passport nor that in which she's booked her tickets.
Anyone else experienced this and if so what did you do to get around it?

Re: URGENT: Passenger locator form
A.N.Other I'm going to Jersey shortly and will take my birth and marriage certificates as my passport is in my married name and my pass sanitaire in my maiden name. So I would suggest your friend does the same.
I don't know why a maiden name isn't included on passports as it would make a passport a more viable piece of identity for women.

Won't she need her 'pass sanitaire' ? That usually uses the maiden name.
