That's spot on for the cooker clock :D Four times out of ten it plays nicely. This morning was one of the six  Absolutely hate clocks in cars that aren't changed, though. I can get confused easily enough without seeking confusion

I confess I leave the car clock for 6 months. As for the oven clock, I originally studied the manual (in both languages) and couldn't make head or tail of it, nor could anyone else in my entourage. Doesn't help that they crammed a zillion languages into one manual, so it needs binoculars to read the title page ...

Won't make any difference to me - I have to use my phone as a clock as every other phone in the house shows a different time and my watch still needs a new battery...
Buy Citizen eco power watches, batteries powered by light, and you'll never need to change a battery again.

If it's anything like our two ovens there's a button or picture of a clock.
Hold in the button/keep a finger on the picture until the hour hand of the clock flashes.Adjust the hour using the temperature setting dial. Repeat for minutes.

I tried that but it didn't work on our oven, BUT our femme de ménage re-stablished the time on both the oven and microwave without being asked. I asked her how she did it, but she didn't know, having just pressed random buttons and a prayer
