OH has just had a spam call on his mobile which he's reported by sending a message to "33700" and in the text box putting "Spamvocal 0800 xxxxx"
He received an acknowledgement.
I haven't yet tried it with the fixed line, but assume I can report it in the same way.

Just tried this with the fixed line ... it doesn't accept it
