Poor Pip Hare, very sad for her. I watched the video on YouTube and thought it very touching the way she apologised to everyone involved in her participation.
She was very fortunate that the dismasting didn't damage the boat in any way. She's got an extremely long haul of 700 kms on what's just effectively a jib but she can at least steer. I hope someone rescues her soon ...
