I was looking at house descriptions and came across this wording in a notaire's listing:

So if I have understood correctly, after 2027 you won't be able to sell, even as a doer-uper, an energy inefficient house. I cannot see some of the older larger houses meeting this target - so I wonder what will happen?

Very difficult to understand anything from that, even translated.
If it means my draughty old stone heatsink of a house can't be sold then I shall see how many loans and grants I can get on it now, knowing it can't be sold to recoup the loans.
