So that could give somewhere around 120kw of cooling but not exactly free.
Wonder what the installation costs were.

It’s the whole return on investment maths that is probably worth looking at. It’s a great concept to turn car parks into solar power stations but at what cost and how much subsidy versus other more efficient power sources, nuclear/water.
The solar panel technology was and probably still is incredibly inefficient - something like 22% was the last high I read. A good investment would be to get a 70%plus solar panel, every house could have one!
