Replacing a burnt Iintel

This house is sold they sign for it early next month.
It had a small chimney fire that got this lintel.
The old French owner did a temporarily repair

We replaced the lintel and took down all the supports, plastered in and covered it in dirt to make it look authentic

When it dries the dirt changes colour.

They would have been quicker replacing the damaged wood.
