possible fine scam email

I had (i believe) a scam email today, pretending to be a traffic violation, pay today or it goes up tomorrow.

There was no information or references that you could copy to use the Amendes.gouv app, you could only follow a link, that took you to a pretty convincing amended.gouv.fr looking webpage, where it then tried to get you to insert all your personal information, before presumably taking you to somewhere to get you to pay, although it said amendes.gouv.fr on the actual webpage, the url was actually.
agence-nationale.particulier- service.com/fr
I dont believe the legit government address would have .com/fr
I might pop into the gendarmerie tomorrow, and see what they think.

I hope the screenshots come out.

@ Widge, one of the many scams I'm afraid. For more information have a look at the official ANTAI website.

Summary in English:

For your information, ANTAI never sends text messages. Do not click on any links and do not disclose sensitive information such as your bank details!

When it comes to emails, before opening the message, make sure that the sender is genuine. Emails from ANTAI must come from the address: nepasrepondre_noreply@antai.gouv.fr

Recently, fake emails (traffic violation notices or reminder letters) have been sent to fraudulent websites whose main purpose is to collect your personal data (tax number, driving licence number, identity card or passport number, vehicle transfer or destruction certificate, etc.).

Check that the links or QR codes you receive redirect you to the official websites below. If not, it is a fraudulent site close the browser window.

Payment of fines: https://www.amendes.gouv.fr

Payment of parking fees: https://www.stationnement.gouv.fr

Viewing or contesting fines: https://www.antai.gouv.fr

I am always cautious with emails, and always try to check via the official sites first, I also normally do not click on links, the only reason I did this time, is to investigate the suspected scam further.

I have lost count of the number of times I have had the antai scam post. I just delete it.
