Thank you @Blaze . I well remember the temperatures last June!!

I have a memory foam matress but it was sold to me as a 'cool' one. That was fine last year. I think I will go back to the shop I bought it from & see what they have in the way of pillows.

Just back from Leclerc. Own brand memory foam pillow reduced to 12.99 so I've bought it to see if I get too hot. If I do it will do for the spare room.

Edited to say that it is rectangular.
