I can't match the beautiful clarity of pictures on here, but I have bought a wildlife cam and taken a few snapshots from it. When I get my computer problems sorted I'll post a few.

The farmer who owns the land behind us has just ripped out masses of hedge and trees using a huge caterpillar digger. It's the last of the hedges near our little hamlet and now we'll be completely exposed to the prevailing south westerlies as well as the north easterlies. Worst of all is the final destruction of the habitat of insects, birds and small animals. It's appalling but he has the right to do it - the Mairie say they can do nothing. As for initiatives for planting hedges - why rip them up in the first place ?
