New FinF icon

We still have the new icon and the animated flags. I thought by virtue of having become annoying, the flags had been fired.

The flags have gone in my firefox browser but they're still there in chrome - I haven't worked out what's going on yet - the flags have been removed from the server so they shouldn't still be showing anywhere, but they are.

I'll get there eventually I hope.

Nor mine either .. tho they did make a surprising comeback earlier on my Android tablet, gone again now.

I get the moving flags on the laptop, and the icon of the eiffel tower etc. on the tablet. Trés chic! Bravo Char!!

Now have the new TE logo on W10 which was not the case 3 hours ago.
