Absolutely right. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that. If the photo you have taken pleases you, then what other people think is of no importance
Personally, I cannot abide artists like Picasso, his later works at least ....

As it's the 11th I just had to post this I would have loved to have been able to go and see the display but did manage to buy one of the ceramic poppies and when I look at it as I am doing now it's a reminder of why I live like I can today.

Sparkle, you've taught me a very valuable lesson by posting your photos - I will now make a point of looking up when I'm out and about, because I don't think I would have noticed the rabbit on the roof, and am wondering what I may have missed on my travels.

@Char It's probably why I trip up frequently - very rarely looking were I'm going If you go to Paris look up at some of the Bell Towers they are beautiful and some you can get or could climb some of them - not that I have!

Being a country bumkin born n bred, I do notice a lot that many don't ,those that don't have always been called People who can't see the wood for the trees.
These days though I don't carry my camera much, unfortunately, where as years ago I wouldn't be without it.
