Sorry, without looking on line I don't know - the question is where it is.

Oh you are a good boy, no cheating - or you didn't have time!
Porte de Narbonne (there are other Portes)

Including one giving access to a step path down a near-cliff on the west side, which they may have bricked up by now, which I do not recommend if you are not very sure-footed.

@ Nomoss, I gave it a try with " colline de 442 m altitude vue imprenable dans le Minervois " and I enjoyed 15 nice panoramas. Only # 12 mentions something about going uphill by foot: " Pour y aller: suivre le sentier bleu " Les capitelles ".

Is it perhaps: La table d'orientation de Courniou? Could also be somewhere in Brittany, Normandy or South of Calais.

Edit: second thoughts, my guess is now # 5, L'Eglise du Trou à St Jean de Minervois

As with anywhere with equipment needing maintenance, you could drive up in a suitable vehicle, but as it was November, and damp, we walked.

I deliberately picked somewhere not easily found without searching its name ;)
Clues:
1) It's in the Aude
2) It's a spur off a small Massif
3) The view from the col on the Massif and the nearby transmitter are marked on Michelin map no.235
4) At the top there is only a magnificent panoramic view, the transmitter mast, an associated building, a watch tower, and nearby, a memorial to a pompier.

View towards the Pyrenees:

It's SW of Carcassonne and in the commune of Montréal.

Maybe a bit obscure, but I often see things on G Earth and go there just to look.
