No, not Mercedes again, towards the dividing line between analogue technology and the advent of the ‘all-digital’ concept. It still feels very familiar to drive a car whose technology can still be operated using (push) buttons. It’s not a classic car – far from it – but it does have its own digital intelligence that you can read out using an OBD-II scanner: a Hyundai I10 from mid-2013. But you aren’t bothered by elusive menu items or all sorts of alarm signals that are more of a nuisance than a help when it comes to road safety. A few quick snapshots – it couldn’t be simpler. It’s also highly recommended from a preventative healthcare perspective: how to prevent your 19th nervous breakdown.
