Not sure - John Deere and others have been working on autonomous machinery. It won't work for all crops necessarily but certainly will for some.
Mind you, JD are busy near-shoring to Mexico - which may attract 100% tariffs and become even less affordable putting their kit beyond the wallets of the farmers.

Yes - but that is due to Trump's tariffs targeting subsidised industries in the EU and elsewhere that out-compete US based businesses - not due to labour shortages.
The EU can fight back - buy European, not American. No more green and yellow tractors, for example.
